Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By connecting to or using HorrorNight ("the server"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Rules. If you do not agree, please do not enter the world.

2. Accounts & access

You're responsible for the security of your Minecraft account and any activity that happens under it while connected to the server.

3. Acceptable use

• No griefing, stealing, or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• No hacked clients, cheats, or unauthorized third-party modifications that alter gameplay.
• No harassment, hate speech, or content that violates Mojang's community standards.

4. In-game economy

In-game currency, items, and cosmetics have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money outside the server's own systems.

5. Termination

We may suspend or ban access for violations of these terms or the server Rules, at our discretion, to keep the community safe.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the server after changes means you accept the updated terms.
